How the result is calculated
The browser scales the image to a text-sized canvas, converts each pixel to luminance and maps that value to a character ordered from dark to light. Text characters are taller than they are wide, so the preview compensates vertically.
All calculation and transformation work happens in this browser tab. No entered value is sent to an Noler Tools application server.
