How the result is calculated
The draw estimate assumes interest-only payments and no additional borrowing. The repayment estimate amortizes the unchanged balance at the same constant rate. Actual HELOC rates are usually variable; payment rules, fees, rate changes, future draws and lender terms are excluded.
